Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, modifications or cancellations are permitted under our cancellation policy. Changes must align with terms outlined in your booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
Luxury/SUV/Vans: At least 1–2 weeks ahead for peak seasons or events
Standard/Budget: 1–3 days in advance (same-day bookings possible if vehicles are available)
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a one-day rental fee.
Vehicles & Drivers
Which vehicles come with a driver?
All Luxury cars, SUVs, Vans/Coasters, and Standard/Budget cars (optional). Self-drive is limited to select Budget/Standard cars within Karachi.
Can I rent a car without a driver?
Yes, for Budget/Standard cars in Karachi. A valid license (1+ years old) and security deposit are required.
What vehicles are available for out-of-city travel?
SUVs, Vans/Coasters, Luxury, and Standard cars can travel out-of-city with a driver. Budget cars are city-only.
What are the driver qualifications?
Licensed professionals with clean records, local expertise, and trained in customer service.

Are there mileage limits?
No mileage restrictions for any vehicle category.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the car with the same fuel level provided, or pay per kilometer at pickup.
Is there a security deposit?

With driver: Fully covered by insurance
Self-drive: All damage repairs and rental costs during repairs are the customer’s responsibility. Major repairs are covered by insurance, with the customer responsible for the deductible along with rentals.

Who qualifies for self-drive?
Drivers aged 21+ with valid license (1+ years old). Tourists need international license and passport.
Which cars are available for self-drive?
Suzuki Alto, Wagon R, Toyota Yaris/Corolla, and Honda BRV (automatic transmission).
Payment & Logistics
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card (if applicable).
Are there delivery charges?
PKR 1500 for self-drive deliveries (waived for chauffeur-driven bookings).
