Valid Driving License Copy

Current Utility Bill Copy (Electricity / Gas / Water – for address verification)

Company Letterhead / Business Card (if renting through company)

Refundable Security Deposit (amount depends on vehicle model)

🌍 For Overseas / Non-Resident Clients

Passport Copy

Valid International Driving Permit (IDP)

Travel Itinerary / Ticket Copy

⚠️ Important Notes

The driver must be 25 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Najah Movers reserves the right to decline self-drive rental if documents are incomplete or verification fails.

Security deposits are refunded within 24–48 hours after vehicle inspection.
