Terms & Conditions – Intercity Car Service (Islamabad ↔ Lahore)
  1. Booking is confirmed only after payment or advance deposit.
  2. Cancellation within 12 hours of departure will result in a PKR 2,000 charge.
  3. Passengers must carry a valid CNIC (front & back) for verification.
  4. Service includes Fuel, Toll Taxes, Food Box, and Mineral Water.
  5. Departure schedule is based on hourly slots (Islamabad ↔ Lahore via M2
    Motorway).
  6. Luggage should not exceed 2 medium bags per passenger; extra luggage may
    incur charges.
  7. Najah Movers is not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen events.
  8. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 3–5 working days.
  9. Vehicle classes (Economy, Standard, Business, Executive, Seven Seater) are
    subject to availability.
  10. By booking, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions.
